When do I get paid?
After your event ends there is a short hold, then your earnings are available to withdraw from Payouts to your bank. The hold covers refunds and chargebacks.
What about free events?
Free. Always. Registrations, QR check-in and the door scanner are included, with no fee.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription and nothing to pay upfront — the rate applies only to tickets you actually sell.
